Education: Museum Art School, Chouinard Art Institute, studied under C.S. Price.
Collections: Portland Art Museum, Oregon Historical Society, Timberline Lodge, Museum of People’s Art, Hallie Ford Museum.
An active WPA artist, Lynch carved the linoleum panels at Timberline Lodge and was active as a graphic artist during WWII creating paintings, often published in The Oregonian, which promoted the northwest timber and shipping industries. He taught at the Museum Art School and has donated some of his art to the Museum of People’s Art in Bay City, Oregon.
